The brewing operation is in the center of the room, with the service bar to the far end.
Tables fill, but don't clutter the room.
There is a larger dining area and more brew equipment downstairs.
Stumm's has the usual three beers; Helles, Dunkel, and Weizen.
People came here to eat, but they all drank the beer.

The Homburger Brauhaus is a brewpub in the shopping mall in downtown Homburg, a town northeast of Saarbrücken.
The bar is tiny with only a few seats, but there are small bar tables that seat about a dozen. The Brauhaus also has several dining areas, even one out in the mall hall.
The brewing operation is visible off to one side and behind the bar.
Homburger Brauhaus serves a helles and a dunkel, as well as a seasonal, which turned out to be dunkel.
There were many men just hanging out...waiting for their wives to shop the mall !!

Stiefel Bräu
Am Stiefel 2,
Saarbrücken, Germany,

Stiefel Bräu is a brew pub in the busy shopping and tourist district of Saarbrucken, Germany. Two large copper kettles are in the main dining room although no other brewing equipment is evident. Although the building is large, both the bar and dining room seem rather small and cozy. The beers...Helles, Marzen, and a Dunkle, seem like home brews in that their defining characteristic seemed overemphasized, for example, the Marzen was very malty. The food menu was varied and reasonably priced.
