If your Quest takes you to South Dakota, and you plan on hitting the Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Wall Drug etc, I'd recommend Firehouse Brewing Company for beers and a buffalo burger.
As one may guess, the venue is an old firehouse, and the decor displays old firefighting equipment.
They are liable to have 9 of their beers on tap, and flights are available.
Growlers can be filled.
Firehouse's beers included a smoked amber, hefeweizen, American Pale Ale, IPA, a Belgian, and others.
Firehouse Brewing has live music and a theater upstairs.
