Malmö Brewing is about a 20-minute walk through downtown from the train station in Malmö, Sweden.
One goes down a few steps and through a short corridor to a large bar room.
The bar, along the right, is about 30 feet long and has 2 barstools at the far end. Down the center, a few steps from the bar, is a row of tables, and along the left wall, a row of booths.
The venue is very spacious indeed.. At the back are stairs to the restrooms and a balcony with more seating overlooking the bar.
And what a bar it is !!
Malmö has about 15 of their own beers on tap as well as 25 guests. All styles are represented.
They have bottles of their classics and sell growlers of all their products.
The brewing operation is visible from the aforementioned corridor. The group that arrived for opening (4:00pm) pounded down their beers and left.
The next shift had more staying power, and shortly nearly all the seats were filled.
Malmö offers a tasty-looking food menu featuring a variety of BBQ dishes, burgers, stews and more.
The taproom also hosts pint nights, and Meet-The-Brewer events.
